Due to our state and county offices not being able to complete our project reviews and allow us to proceed, we are putting our project on hold and no longer putting applicants on our wait list. If this changes we will update this posting.

In response to inquiries regarding the status of Makila Farms, we have been waiting for over three years for the County departments to sign off on our plans and approved application. Covid and many other factors have contributed to the delay. At this point, the County is unable to give us a reliable date on when they may be finished reviewing our project. We have no further information to share at this time. When and if the subdivision is approved to be built, there will be public notice, which will give any potential homeowner ample time to fill out an application and enter the lottery.
Updated 10/8/2019:
Now that Makila Farms has passed, we are working hard on the plans and permits and hope the county will complete the grading and building permits within one year. At that time, we will begin building which could take 6-9 months. We will post new information here as it becomes available. Thank you for your continued support and patience throughout this process.
